Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience is preferred in retail and/or customer service.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to communicate in conversational English with customers and team members; operate electronic equipment and understand safety procedures.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.

Responsibilities

• Assume all duties of a key-holding supervisor for opening/closing and basic staff supervision.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with state-specific regulations.
• Review and communicate SOPs; ensure changes are shared with employees.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team to meet service standards and goals.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

ROLE SUMMARY

TheShift Supervisor will be responsible forassisting the General Manager/Assistant General Managerinleadership andsupervision of store personnel, achieving key performance metrics and ensuring the efficient dailyoperationof the store. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assume all duties of a key-holding supervisor related to opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff and retail processes
• Maintainbrand standards in visual merchandising
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPsand assure that any changes are communicated to employees
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability to meet specific objectives
• Monitorandmaintainstoreinventory
• Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance
• Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Mustpossessa valid driver's license and passaMVR background check (delivery locations only)
• Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
• Must be able to relate to and work with patrons of different ages, abilities, and patrons that at times are experiencing emotional distress, or displaying a hostile attitude

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:

• Constantly required to move/traverse throughout entire facility, includingtightspaces
