Job summary

Better Buzz Coffee is hiring for a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise staff, coordinate service, and maintain quality across coffee, tea, and food offerings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred.
• Previous fast paced coffee experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Drive-Thru experience is preferred.
• Guest service focused, solution oriented.
• Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service.
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards.
• Work all café positions - our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable - including working in our kitchens to make food to order.
• Help run and administer a smooth schedule for breaks, meal period and shifts.
• Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work, and special tasks.
• Lead all shift duties as directed by the manager on duty.
• Lead store cleanliness and safety - always ready for guests and teammates.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team.
• Responsible for balancing and managing deposits.
• Active in inventory and waste management.
• Adhere to opening and closing duties checklist and procedures.
• Perform all other duties at the discretion of the store manager or other members of leadership

Compensation:

Base pay is $20.50 per hour.
