Job summary

Trulieve in Marietta, GA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leading store personnel, achieving key performance metrics, and ensuring the efficient daily operation of the store. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience.

The Shift Supervisor will oversee opening/closing procedures, maintain brand standards, coach the team, monitor inventory, resolve patient issues, and uphold

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members, operate electronic equipment, comprehend safety procedures, and use telecommunication devices.

ROLESUMMARY

KEYDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assume all duties of a key-holding supervisor related to opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff
• and retail processes
• Maintainbrand standards in visual merchandising
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPsand assure that any changes are communicated to employees
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability to meet specific objectives
• Monitorandmaintainstoreinventory
• Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance
• Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management

SKILLSANDQUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diplomarequired
• Priormanagementexperience,preferably inretailand/orcustomerserviceareais aplus
• Musthavepriorcashhandlingexperience
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; abilityto upholda strictlevelof confidentialityand discretion
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members,operateelectronicequipment(computer, scanner, printer, etc.),comprehendsafetyprocedures,andutilizetelecommunicationdevices
• Abilitytointeract with customers and team members respectfully and politely

ADDITIONAL MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS

• Mustpossessa valid driver’s license and passaMVR background check (delivery locations only)
• Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
• Must be able to relate to and work with patrons of different ages, abilities, and patrons that at times are experiencing emotional distress, or displaying a hostile attitude

PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:

• Constantly required to move/traverse throughout entire facility, includingtightspaces
• Accurately communicate and exchange sensitive information and ideas with others, including members of the public;observe/inspect details at varying ranges;operatecomputing devices
• Frequently required to manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights (e.g., products, packaging, tools, office machinery): push/pull objects up to 50lbs; lift/carry/position objects up to 50 lbs.; ascend/descend stool/ladder/steps; positionself and/orobjects at floor level (e.g., crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl)
• Must have visual and auditory acuity with or without job aids to perform all functions of the position
• Occasionally required to remain in a seated position

WORKSCHEDULE

Up to40hoursweeklywithflexiblehoursdependingonstoreneeds.Mustbeavailabletoworkevenings,weekends,andholidays.
