Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Las Vegas, NV to run a shift, lead team members and ensure exceptional service. You will assign tasks, train staff and maintain clean, welcoming dining spaces while keeping quality burgers and shakes front and center.

The role offers base pay of $15+ per hour with weekly bonuses and tips, plus paid time off, free meals during shifts and clear advancement paths for high performers. Strong leadership and teamwork are essential.

As a Shift Supervisor, you would play a key role in running a successful shift. This includes crew assignment, training and motivation of your team during your shift. Producing top-quality burgers, fries and milkshakes, providing a top-notch customer service experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and appealing kitchen and dining room is what we’re all about!

In addition to competitive base pay ($15+/hour), we offer weekly bonuses and tips (avg. $1.75 per hour on top of base wages), paid-time-off, and free meals during your shift.
