Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help run a busy shift in a fast-paced environment. You will lead the crew, assign tasks, train teammates, and motivate staff to deliver top-quality burgers, fries and milkshakes while maintaining a clean kitchen and dining area.

Base pay starts at $15+ per hour, with weekly bonuses and tips. The role offers paid time off, free meals during shifts, and opportunities for advancement for strong performers who stay driven and engaged.

In addition to competitive base pay ($15+/hour), we offer weekly bonuses and tips (avg. $1.75 per hour on top of base wages), paid-time-off, and free meals during your shift.
