Job summary

SSP Group is hiring a Shift Supervisor for restaurants located inside the Indianapolis Airport. You will greet guests, run shifts to SSP standards, and coach team members to hit daily goals.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in food & beverage, a high school diploma, and can pass a 10-year TSA background check; you will lead opening, ongoing, and closing tasks and support the team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Run shifts according to SSP procedures and SOPs.
• Train new hires on operational standards and processes.

The ideal candidate for this position has:

• Can pass a 10-Year TSA Background Check
• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the food & beverage industry
• Full Service and/or Quick Service restaurant experience, preferred
• Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
