Selko, a Nutreco company, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead production operations at the Indianapolis facility. You will develop high-performing teams, ensure safe, compliant manufacturing, and drive efficiency and quality across all shifts.
You’ll manage daily production activities, optimize staffing, monitor KPIs, and champion continuous improvement while coaching employees to reach operational goals. This role offers competitive compensation and an annual bonus.

As Shift Supervisor, you will provide hands‑on leadership for production teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations. You will coordinate daily production activities, optimize staffing and scheduling, maintain quality and HSE standards, monitor performance against KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This is an opportunity to take ownership of manufacturing excellence while developing people and delivering meaningful business results.
