Job summary

Mister Car Wash in Grand Rapids, MI is launching an Operations Lead in Training program to build hands-on leadership skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You'll work closely with a General Manager to learn daily operations, drive great guest experiences, and promote our Unlimited Wash Club memberships.

This 16-week program develops confidence, judgment, and business acumen, with mentorship and real on-the-job challenges, paving a path toward an Assistant General Manager role.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year leading a team or supervising shifts in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong leadership potential and readiness to develop through a structured program.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist an experienced General Manager to deliver memorable customer experiences and uphold Mister Car Wash standards.
• Lead daily operations with emphasis on speed, quality, and teamwork to create 'wow' moments for guests.
• Promote Mister products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships to grow sales and retention.
• Embrace new challenges during the 16-week training to build leadership confidence and business acumen.

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is the launchpad for a rewarding leadership career—where your potential meets our momentum.
