Job summary

Clarion Security LLC in Glendale, KY is seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor to lead daily site operations, ensure client property and personnel safety, and uphold site policies. You will record incidents, coordinate with emergency procedures, and deliver superior customer service.

Qualifications

As a Clarion Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for the security and safety of our clients property and personnel. You will know all site-specific policies and procedures, be attentive and alert, record and report incidents, and participate in the clients emergency response procedures as appropriate and provide superior customer service.

Must be available for all shifts. Full-Time. $21.00/hr

QualificationsRequirements:

• Must be able to commute to Glendale, KY for work
• Requires 1 - 2 years of security experience. 6 months - 1 year of supervisor experience (experience in the security field preferred).
• Driving position: Must possess and valid driver's license and be a minimum of 25 years of age or older
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
