About The Role

We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee and assist with daily cleaning operations. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can manage a janitorial team while actively participating in cleaning tasks to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and safety in the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise janitorial staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
• Inspect work areas to ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage.
• Assign tasks and create schedules to meet facility needs.
• Address and resolve staff or client concerns professionally and promptly.
• Follow and enforce safety guidelines and company policies.
• Communicate with management regarding staff performance and operational needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in janitorial services and team supervision preferred.
• Must have excellent internal and external customer service.
• Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials, and supplies used in maintenance work.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Must be Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak).
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting, standing, and bending.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
