Family Entertainment Group is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the General Manager in Baraboo, WI. You will lead team members during scheduled shifts, address guest concerns, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures to deliver a high-quality guest experience.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 6 months in a senior arcade role, and demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with a calm, customer-focused approach to issue resolution.
