Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Hartsville, SC is hiring immediately for an Assistant Manager (Manager in Training). This role is available as full-time or part-time and permanent, with responsibilities leading store operations during shifts and driving customer service.

You will be positioned to grow into a leadership role while working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll oversee cost, inventory, and cash control, greet customers, manage 3 to 30 team members, ensure quality, safety, and grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
• Making fast, accurate and consistent products while following recipes and portions.
• Delivering product safely from the store to the customer.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from front to back.
• Maintain a professional appearance in grooming standards.
