Job summary

The SME will interpret Standard Work Instructions, reinforce safe work practices, and support leadership with process changes, peak periods, and recovery efforts on the floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience mentoring peers in distribution or warehouse environments.
• Familiarity with DC systems, processes, and safety requirements.
• Strong working knowledge of Standard Work Instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on training for new hires and cross-training for associates.
• Reinforces standard work and safety on the floor during daily operations.
• Assists leadership with advanced training needs and process changes.
• Addresses real-time questions and escalates systemic issues as needed.
• Supports stability during peak periods and recovery efforts.
