Job summary

You will oversee shift activities, supervise personnel, and ensure compliance with security protocols while coordinating with senior management on strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Maintains designation required to operate as a law enforcement officer under Federal Reserve authority.
• Experience guiding daily operations and supervising staff in shift roles.
• Ability to communicate objectives and strategic direction to staff and management.
• Proficiency with security systems, firearms, and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintains designation to operate as a law enforcement officer as per Fed Reserve requirements.
• Directs daily operations as Shift Supervisor; supervises staff and ensures tasks are completed.
• Gives performance evaluations, counsels staff, and administers disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintains building security and safety; monitors surveillance, access control and alarms.
• Performs specialized trainings or duties; may lead programs and certifications.
• Keeps equipment proficiency for security and life-safety systems.
• Executes additional duties and projects as assigned.
