The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, basic chemistry knowledge, and strong math and mechanical skills.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent and at least 18 years of age.
• Basic knowledge of chemistry and chemical processes.
• Ability to read, interpret, and make decisions from trends, graphs, and charts.
• Basic functions of Lab Equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with general tools.
• Proficient math skills and ability to measure weights and volumes.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily production tasks and operate equipment per procedures.
• Participate in safety programs; complete daily checklists and 5S activities.
• Collect process data and assist with maintenance tasks; report issues to supervisor.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met; support investigations for quality events.
• Engage in continuous improvement activities and process enhancements.
