Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a 1st Shift Production Manager in the Waco area to lead manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement. You will supervise hourly staff, ensure quality, and implement Lean initiatives on the shop floor.

The role requires 3–4 years of shop floor experience, strong leadership, and willingness to work overtime. Relocation to the Waco, TX area is expected for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of job-related experience acceptable as alternative.
• 3–4 years of shop floor experience and mechanical aptitude is required.
• Strong human relations skills to collaborate across the department and with others.

• Monitor and improve shop floor safety and ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Plan facility workload, priorities and sequence with production management.
