Job summary

Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor in Fountain Inn, SC to lead safety, production, sustainability and quality standards across shifts. You will provide leadership to departments, drive operational goals with the Production Manager, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a minimum two-year certificate in Management or equivalent, with at least two years of supervisory experience, preferably in LEAN manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Two-year certificate in Management or related field preferred.
• At least two years of progressive supervisory experience.
• LEAN manufacturing experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policies are followed and safety audits conducted.
• Provide leadership to shifts and coordinate production and quality.
• Resolve staffing issues and manage training.
• Coordinate with other departments and plan vs actual daily.
• Conduct performance evaluations annually.
• Cross-train and support during vacations/weekends.
