Qualifications

• BA/BS in business administration or related field preferred, but not required.
• Two to four years of supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions and concerns.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Leadership and motivational skills to achieve productivity, quality and safety goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise an assigned production process and shift, overseeing employees and equipment.
• Maintain quality control standards to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct individual and crew meetings to communicate pertinent information.
• Complete administrative paperwork and reporting related to production, scheduling, payroll and safety.
• Support and enforce company policies and procedures.
