Job summary

Indeck Ladysmith Biofuel Center in Ladysmith, WI, seeks Process & Equipment Operators for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Start at $19/hour with a $2/hour third shift premium. Full-time positions include health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience a plus.
• Must be able to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Pass a background check and tolerate full-time shift work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key manufacturing processes and safely operate industrial machinery to ensure product consistency and production efficiency.
• Work as a team member on an automated packaging line ensuring output while maintaining quality.
• Maintain a tidy and clean workspace with good housekeeping practices.
• Be safety-oriented, reliable, and willing to cross-train in related roles.
• Experience operating a forklift is a plus and light maintenance ability is beneficial.
