Job summary

Domino’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily shifts and ensure adherence to Domino’s standards. You will coordinate team performance, guide drivers on deliveries, and assist with customer service at the counter and drive-thru.

This role requires attention to inventory, opening/closing procedures, and safety compliance. You will handle orders, payments, and labeling while ensuring smooth operations and fast, accurate service for all customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-food or retail management preferred.
• Able to train staff and supervise shifts.
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts smoothly and ensure Domino’s policies are followed by all employees.
• Route drivers on deliveries and insure safe and efficient delivery operations.
• Answer phones, take orders, handle money, and ensure proper labeling of orders.
• Wash dishes, fold boxes, and prepare food for the day’s usage.
• Execute opening and closing procedures including inventory and bank deposits for next day readiness.
