Role Overview
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, the Shift Operations Lead (10 PM - 6 AM) will oversee and develop the shift Production Supervisor, manage factory operations during the shift, and be responsible for key metrics such as OEE, waste, attainment, OR, and costs. You will lead safety, health, environment, GMP compliance, and troubleshoot daily operations. You will directly oversee 36 staff members, including one Production Supervisor, and collaborate with two counterparts to ensure 24-hour production.
