Job summary

Black Rifle Coffee Company (BRCC) is hiring Shift Leaders at our Fleming Island/Orange Park location. Starting pay is $16–$20 per hour plus tips, depending on experience and availability.

We offer part-time or full-time roles; full-time positions come with healthcare, 401K with match, and PTO for eligible employees. $16-$20/hour PLUS TIPS! Starting hourly rate depends on relevant experience and availability. The position is based at our Fleming Island, Orange Park location. Opening in July! Store hours will be 5a-7p, with 4, 6, or 8 hour shifts available.

Our Shift Leaders will assist the General Manager in executing store Operations during scheduled shifts. As the hourly Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading the team - ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, supervising employees, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
