Wendy's in the United States is seeking a Shift Manager to guide and lead a team in delivering great guest experiences and outstanding operations. You will help create a fun, family environment, set the tone, and model leadership for the restaurant staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in achieving employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Stand and move for most or all of your shift.
• Follow brand standards to prepare great food, serve customers and maintain a clean restaurant.
• Be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
• Coordinate with team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Travel to home store and other locations for training as needed.
