Qualifications

• Seeking energetic, driven high school students with relevant work experience (preferably in the field of quick service restaurant) interested in training to become a shift manager.
• For those shift managers in good standing, they will be eligible for tuition assistance of up to $3,000 each year to support their college education.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Plan each shift and monitor performance to meet McDonald's standards.
• Ensure food safety, safety and profitability, and effective scheduling.
• Train and develop crew and other managers to run great shifts.
