Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring a Shift Manager in Logan, OH to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the crew toward delivering great guest experiences. You’ll manage schedules, supervise safety and cleanliness, and drive profitability in a fast-paced setting.

You should be passionate about serving others, excel at customer service, and provide clear leadership to both crew and managers while continually training and improving performance.
