Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and lead crew members toward delivering a superior guest experience. You will manage schedules, coach staff, ensure food safety standards, and drive profitability in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll need strong customer service, communication, and decision-making skills and a passion for teamwork. This role emphasizes training, leadership development, and maintaining high performance across the team.
