The Shift Manager role is a management training program designed to build on your supervisory experience, coaching skills, passion for coffee and tea, and business acumen, preparing you to fully manage a store. You will learn how to run a multi-million dollar business, lead a team, and create a meeting place in your community. Our goal is to develop future store managers. Upon successful completion, you will have the opportunity to become one of our world-class leaders.

**Summary of Experience**

  • One year retail/customer service management experience, two years preferred OR 4+ years of US Military service
