The Shift Manager role is part of a management training program designed to build on your supervisory experience, coaching skills, coffee/tea passion, and business acumen, all in preparation for fully managing a store. You will learn how to run a multi-million dollar business, lead a team, and create a community meeting place. Our goal is to develop future store managers, and upon successful completion, you will have the opportunity to become a leader within Starbucks.

Using a combination of online learning, classroom training, and hands-on mentorship, you will learn how to:
