The Shift Manager role is part of a management training program designed to build on your supervisory experience, coaching skills, coffee/tea passion, and business acumen, preparing you to fully manage a store. You will learn how to operate a multi-million dollar business, lead a team, and create a community gathering place. Our goal is to develop future store managers who can become our next generation of leaders.

Using a combination of online learning, classroom training, and hands-on mentorship, you will learn how to:
