The Shift Manager role is part of a management training program designed to build on your supervisory experience, coaching skills, passion for coffee and tea, and business acumen, preparing you to fully manage a store. You will learn how to run a multi-million dollar business, lead a team, and create a welcoming meeting place in your community. Our goal is to develop future store managers, and upon successful completion, you will have the opportunity to become one of our world-class leaders.

Using a mix of online learning, classroom training, and hands-on mentorship, you will learn how to:

Summary of Experience

  • One year retail/customer service management experience (preferred) or 4+ years of US Military service
  • One year supervising others, team building, coaching
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
