The Shift Manager role is a management training program that builds on your supervisory experience, coaching skills, coffee/tea passion, and business acumen to prepare you for managing a store. You will learn how to run a multi-million dollar business, lead a team, and build a community meeting place. Our goal is to develop future store managers, and upon successful completion, you will have the opportunity to become a world-class leader.
