Responsibilities of the Maintenance Person include:

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
• Unloading delivery trucks twice a week
• Taking out and emptying trash
• Changing light bulbs
• Cleaning HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris
