Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager in Granite City, IL to lead daily restaurant operations, coach teammates, and uphold our guest-first service and food quality standards.

You\'ll supervise team members, manage cash and inventory, support scheduling, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming dining room, while modeling leadership and representing our brand with pride.

What We're Looking For

This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment and may involve exposure to hot equipment, kitchen hazards, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift, including the ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
