Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, coach staff, and maintain top service and food quality. You will lead by example, foster a positive environment, and help build a high-performing team while ensuring smooth business operations.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, training team members, managing cash/inventory, and coordinating schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
