Job summary

Popeyes in Aurora, CO is hiring Team Members to deliver great guest service, assist in food preparation, and keep a clean, welcoming dining area. You’ll work with a dynamic team to meet daily goals while learning every step of our fast-paced operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Restaurant, retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required - we provide training!

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items (up to 60 pounds) and stand for extended periods.

What You’ll Do

This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment and may involve exposure to hot equipment, kitchen hazards, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift, including the ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
