Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team during a shift with 3–15 staff.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Be punctual, professional and a strong role model for staff and customers.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations, including cost, inventory and cash control and customer relations.
• Perform duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers as needed.
• Greet customers and take orders; operate the cash register and handle payments.
• Lead and manage 3–15 employees during the scheduled shift; ensure a safe, compliant environment.
• Prepare and deliver Domino’s products following company guidelines; maintain quality.
