Job summary

KBP Drive-In, part of KBP Brands, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a team, maintain smooth operations, and ensure the iconic Sonic experience for guests. This role offers growth potential and a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring efficient service, and upholding quality standards during shifts. A successful candidate will have 1+ year of supervisory experience and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities
