Job summary

QFRM, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager Open/Close to support Wendy’s franchise operations in Southwest Florida. You will lead shifts, train crew members, and ensure an outstanding guest experience while maintaining brand standards.

Starting wage is based on experience. This is a full-time role offering growth opportunities within a fast-paced restaurant environment and exposure to franchise operations.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability to cover shifts.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Shift Supervisors are a critical part of our restaurant leadership team. Shift Supervisors work with restaurant management to provide the direction and training required on every shift to exceed our customer's expectations.
