QFRM, Inc. seeks an outgoing and energetic Restaurant Manager to join the Wendy’s network. The Manager directs overall restaurant operations, including staffing, guest service, and financial performance, while instilling integrity and accountability in the team.

Starting wage is up to $53,000 per year based on 3 years of experience; franchisees determine compensation and benefits. Prior managerial experience is preferred but not required, with emphasis on customer service and leadership.”

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for directing the overall operation of the restaurant, from hiring and overseeing a team of employees that deliver exceptional guest service to managing the financial performance of the store.
