Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Santa Clarita is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations during assigned shifts, support team members across all areas of the bakery, and help ensure every guest receives outstanding service while maintaining our high standards for quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

You’ll coach and train staff, oversee opening and closing procedures, manage cash handling and daily reporting, and ensure food safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role in retail, bakery, or food service.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
