RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager in Port Allen, Louisiana to lead a team, ensuring exceptional guest service and operational standards. Responsibilities include motivating team members, overseeing inventory, and driving performance during shifts.

Pay Range: $39,600 – $42,600 annually (includes overtime and shift differentials)
Relief Manager (R3M): Thu–Sat 1:30 PM–10:30 PM; Sun–Mon 9:30 PM–6:30 AM
2nd Shift Manager (MG2): Sun–Wed 1:30 PM–10:30 PM; Thurs 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Overnight Manager: Tues–Sat 9:30 PM–6:30 AM
