Job summary

Wendy's in Lake Charles, LA is seeking a motivated Shift Manager to guide and lead our team. You will help build a culture of Customer First, teach and grow staff, and ensure food safety and brand standards are followed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Serve Safe certification by end of training.
• Eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.

• Support management in achieving employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Stand and move for most of your shift.
• Use restaurant equipment such as headset, register or grill.
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers and maintain a clean restaurant.
