Job summary

Wendy's in Rayne, Louisiana is seeking a friendly Shift Manager to lead our restaurant team. You will guide staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and help drive sales while maintaining brand standards.

You will train team members, uphold food safety procedures, schedule shifts, and mentor talent for advancement. Must be 18+, HS diploma or GED, and able to obtain SERV Safe certification. Flexible hours and competitive pay with employee discounts and benefits.
