Job summary

Wendy's is hiring a Shift Manager to guide and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. You will promote a customer-first attitude, ensure food safety, and support management to hit goals while providing a stable schedule and room for advancement.

Responsibilities include leading team members, maintaining brand standards, and using restaurant equipment to deliver great food and service. Must be 18+ and have a diploma or GED, with ServSafe certification encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to stand/move for most of shift; operate restaurant equipment.
• Flexible availability to meet scheduling needs.
