Job summary

Wendy's in Pflugerville, TX is seeking a Shift Manager to guide and develop a high-performing team. You will model outstanding service, protect brand standards, and drive daily restaurant performance.

As a leader, you’ll coach staff, ensure food safety, maintain a clean, welcoming dining room, and help the store meet customer, sales, and operational goals while promoting growth within the team. Hospitality mindset, problem solving, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications
