Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Shift Manager to assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, coaching team members, and ensuring high standards of guest service.

You will supervise shift operations, manage labor, and help with onboarding, training and retention while maintaining compliance with safety and food handling requirements. A hands-on leader who fosters teamwork and operational excellence is ideal.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the operation of the restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Provides support to team members, coaches behaviors, and is hands on with all stations.
• Conducts pre and post shift meetings.
• Follows food safety requirements and models safe practices.
• Completes manager tools and administrative duties on time and with integrity.
• Manages labor hours to balance service efficiency and guest experience.
• Supports execution of sales building initiatives.
• Assists GM with interviewing, onboarding, training and retention.
• Stays current on training and certifications.
• Other duties as assigned.
