Andy’s Frozen Custard is seeking a Shift Manager to support the crew and direct daily operations in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. You will model the company culture, train staff, and ensure quality custard production and customer satisfaction on shift.

Requirements include 6+ months in a management role in quick service and the ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong cash handling, POS proficiency, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ months of management experience, preferably in quick service.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Able to work late nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Able to manage in a fast-paced environment and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations on shift for Custard, Crew and Customer objectives.
• Lead and train crew, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to standards.
• Open/close store duties and act as a key holder when needed.
• Maintain high customer service levels and manage cash handling as required.
