Job summary

Subway Team Member is responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience, maintaining clean, inviting dining areas, and ensuring high-quality food preparation. The role includes inventory control, staff supervision, and scheduling within a fast-paced restaurant environment.

It also involves cascading training to Sandwich Artists, handling paperwork, and adapting to day/evening/weekend shifts across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Ability to operate POS system and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience.
• Ensure that great food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant functional, clean and beautiful.
• Control inventory.
• Schedule and supervise staff.
• Be a team player.
• Cascading training to Sandwich Artists on existing and new responsibilities.
• Scheduling and supervising staff.
• Practicing inventory control standards.
• Ensuring equipment is in proper working order during shift.
• Completing paperwork as needed.
