Job summary

KBP Foods, a part of KBP Brands, is hiring a Shift Manager to lead a team on a fast-paced KFC restaurant. You will supervise daily operations, ensure top customer service, and uphold brand standards while training teammates.

This role offers paid training, meal benefits, medical/dental/vision, PTO, and opportunities to advance into Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager roles at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
