KBP Brands, operator of KBP Foods KFC franchise locations, seeks a Shift Manager to lead a dedicated team, uphold service standards, and drive operational excellence at a fast-paced restaurant. You’ll train staff and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and quality.

The role offers paid training, benefits, PTO, and opportunities to advance to Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager as part of a growing, community-focused company.

Formación

• At least one year of supervisory experience in food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.
